("we," "our," or "us") processes personal data that you provide to us, or that we obtain or generate, to provide our WhatsApp messaging services — including our apps, features, software, and website ("Rasilni"). By using Rasilni, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described here.
We issue unique phone numbers (or other communication accounts) ("Rasilni Numbers") to individuals and entities or their designees. Rasilni Users can message individuals who have agreed to message with them ("Rasilni Members"). Please also read our Terms & Conditions.
Information we collect
- Messaging info — messages and related data such as the sending phone number, timestamp, content, attached media, and interactive features (reactions, stickers, scheduling, polls, payments).
- Contact info — name, email, phone number, and demographic information (date of birth, gender identity, location, interests) provided by you or a Rasilni User.
- Member info — insights about your activity, generated manually or automatically or imported by Rasilni Users.
- User info — for Rasilni Users: name, email, phone number, business details, and profile information, plus data from any integrations you connect.
- Technical info — device type, OS, IP address and location, cookie/device identifiers, browser type/version, and app version.
- Payment info — card number, expiry, CVV, and billing address provided to us or our payment processors.
- Correspondence — information you volunteer when contacting support/sales or participating in surveys, contests, or promotions.
How we share information
- With Rasilni Users you interact with via Rasilni.
- With Rasilni Members and the public — for Users, account information and messages may be shared with Members and the public.
- With vendors and service providers — telecom, cloud, analytics, security, and payment processors.
- With corporate affiliates.
- In business transfers — as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- For legal purposes — to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, or law-enforcement requests.
- With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed at collection.
Cookies
We use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and similar technologies (including third-party cookies) to collect information from your browsers or devices. By using Rasilni you consent to this. You can refuse or disable cookies in your browser settings, though some functionality may become unavailable.
Your rights & choices
To stop receiving messages from a particular Rasilni Number, message "STOP" to it; send any message later to resume. You can request deletion, access, rectification, erasure, portability, or restriction of your information by emailing admin@rasilni.com.
Changes to this policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll revise the "Last modified" date above and post the new policy on Rasilni.com, with additional notice where required by law.
