Yes! Once our Chatbot plan launches, you will be able to upgrade from the Professional plan. We'll notify all existing customers with full details on how to make the switch seamlessly.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We require one month's notice before cancellation takes effect. Your account remains active for the full billing period after notice is given.
Billing is processed monthly. Your base plan fee is charged at the start of each billing period. Any additional marketing conversation charges from the previous month are included in your next invoice. This keeps billing transparent and easy to track.
Changing your WhatsApp phone number will result in the loss of associated data, including your contacts and conversation history. We strongly recommend maintaining your registered number for continuity. If you need to change numbers, please contact support first.
No long-term contracts required. Rasilni operates on flexible monthly contracts, giving you full control. Note that Meta and WhatsApp have their own separate charge structures for API conversations, which apply in addition to your Rasilni plan and are billed independently by Meta.
